1. Our Services

Kutumb Vivaah provides private, human-led matrimonial introductions, profile reviews, and meeting coordination. We do not guarantee a specific number of introductions, successful match, engagement, or marriage.

2. Registration and Eligibility

Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information. Anyone registering on another person's behalf must have their authorization.

Applicants must meet the applicable legal requirements for marriage. Kutumb Vivaah may request additional information or documents when necessary.

3. Free Registration Service

• Initial Registration Fee: Free
• Meeting Arrangement Fee: ₹5,000 (one-time, payable when a suitable match meeting is scheduled)
• Success Fee: ₹41,000 (payable after successful match confirmation and engagement ceremony)

The meeting arrangement fee and success fee are compulsory at their applicable stages.

4. Paid Registration Service

• Initial Registration Fee: ₹5,000 (payable at registration)
• Meeting Arrangement Fee: ₹5,000 (one-time, payable when a suitable match meeting is scheduled)
• Success Fee: ₹31,000 (payable after successful match confirmation and engagement ceremony)

All three payment stages are compulsory. Paid registration provides priority matchmaking assistance but does not guarantee a successful match.

5. Payments

Payments must be made through authorized Kutumb Vivaah payment channels. Payments are confirmed only after verification by our team.

Cancellation, refund, and payment-related matters are governed by the applicable Payment and Refund Policy and law.

6. Matchmaking Process

All introductions are personally reviewed and coordinated by our team.

Applicants and families are responsible for deciding whether to proceed with an introduction, meeting, engagement, or marriage.

The availability and frequency of suitable introductions may vary.

7. Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants and their families must provide truthful information, respect confidentiality, communicate appropriately, and independently verify relevant personal, professional, financial, and family details before making matrimonial decisions.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Applicant profiles are not publicly searchable. Information may be shared privately with prospective matches or their authorized family representatives with appropriate consent.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Meeting Arrangements

Kutumb Vivaah may coordinate meetings between interested parties. Meeting arrangements depend on mutual availability and confirmation.

A scheduled or completed meeting does not guarantee an engagement or marriage.

The ₹5,000 meeting arrangement fee is a one-time fee under the applicable registration plan.

10. Successful Match and Engagement

A successful match is confirmed when both parties mutually agree to proceed and the engagement ceremony has taken place.

The applicable success fee becomes payable according to the selected registration plan.

11. Scope of Services and Post-Marriage Responsibility

Kutumb Vivaah's matchmaking and coordination services conclude upon successful match confirmation and completion of the engagement ceremony.

After engagement or marriage, the individuals and their families are responsible for their personal decisions, compatibility, conduct, and relationship.

Kutumb Vivaah is not responsible for independent personal or marital disputes arising after engagement or marriage, including disagreements, financial disputes, family conflicts, separation, or divorce.

We do not guarantee the continuation or success of any marriage.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for Kutumb Vivaah's own fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, service deficiencies, or other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Verification and Due Diligence

Kutumb Vivaah may review submitted profiles but does not guarantee that every detail provided by applicants has been independently verified.

Applicants and families are responsible for conducting appropriate background checks and making informed decisions.

13. Cancellation and Discontinuation

Applicants may request to discontinue matchmaking services by contacting our team.

Kutumb Vivaah may suspend services in cases involving false information, misconduct, or misuse of the platform.

Any payment or refund obligations will be handled according to the applicable policies and law.

14. Changes to Terms

Kutumb Vivaah may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on the website.

Existing contractual payment obligations will remain subject to the accepted terms and applicable law.
